Today kicks off the Quilter’s Cottage sewalong with The Fat Quarter Shop. The Quilter’s Cottage is a new book by Lori Holt. It includes some adorable blocks that make up a dreamy quilt that shows a world we all probably wish were real. Quilts drying on a line. Happy flowers lining a cobblestone path. For the next 9 weeks, we will be sewing a set of blocks every week and in the end, we will finish with a fabulous Lori Holt masterpiece!

I have chosen to sewalong using Blossom fabrics by Christopher Thompson. I loved the challenge of limiting myself to one fabric basic and I can’t wait to see this quilt come together.
